Face painting
Saturday September 18, 3:00 - 6:00 we will be offering face painting during the Sycamore's Block Party. We will do this right out side the Art Attack doors, on Somonauk street. Please call if you're interested. 815-899-9440
 
Hanging Art for Opportunity House
Saturday September 25, 1 - 3:00, we will be hanging art work the opportunity house clients made in their new building to prepare for the upcoming Art show. Building is located on North California street in Sycamore. Please email if you're interested, sycamoreartattack@comcast.net.
 
Artist Walk 2010
Saturday October 2, 1:00 - 7:00 pm. In two hour shifts we need volunteers to be monitors for artist's studio's during Art Walk. They will check to make sure people have tickets, help with directions to next studio, help with any logitics so artist's are free to chat with patrons. All volunteers will get a free ticket to view the Artist tour after or before thier shift start. The tour consist of studios in Sycamore and DeKalb. Times are 1 - 3:00, 3 - 5:00, and 5 - 7:00. What do I get out of volunteering for the Art Attack? Well besides all the food things that comes with volunteering such as: a sense of accomplishment, helping others, building your resume for college (or the work field) and having fun. You also can volunteer enough to get a job or be able to take classes for free.
